Water & Power Supply Fee
A $20 fee may apply when we need to bring our own water and power to complete your service — usually at locations without access, such as apartment complexes, office lots, or job sites. This helps cover the cost of generator fuel, water supply, and extra setup time.

Travel Fee
A travel fee may apply for locations outside of Austin. The fee depends on the distance and will be discussed during booking.

Rescheduling Policy
If an appointment is rescheduled without prior approval, a $40 deposit will be required to secure the next appointment. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service, but it will be forfeited if another cancellation occurs.
